Product Warranty

All Purisystems products are warranted for a period of 1 to 2 years. The warranty period for a specific product is based on the warranty period shown on the product page. We believe in the quality of our products and protect and support the rights of our customers. Registering your product, you will get a warranty solution faster and also receive information about the latest products and offers we have for you.

Warranty registration applies only to new equipment. The equipment must be registered within 30 days of receipt. And the warranty is neither transferable nor assignable. Please fill out the warranty form carefully and submit it to Purisystems where your purchase information and installation information will be stored for post-sale reference. If you are not registered for a warranty, we will count your warranty period from the date the unit leaves our warehouse.

2. When warranty service is required, you can contact our representative for assistance. You will need to provide clear images and explain the reason for the claim. You will be given instructions on how to troubleshoot the device while it is still in your possession.

3. If you do not want to troubleshoot the problem yourself, but rather ship the unit back to us for inspection, there are the following options:

  • A. Within one year of the warranty period, we will pay the shipping costs as long as the warranty claim is valid. Otherwise, you will pay.
  • B.More than one year but less than two years, you will pay the shipping costs, regardless of whether the warranty claim is valid or not.
  • C. More than two years, you can still send the unit back, but you will have to pay for shipping and labor.

4. Once the repair is complete, our representative will notify you so that you can schedule a convenient time to receive the shipment. The warranty will continue as scheduled and may not be extended or shortened.

Warranty exclusions

This section lists certain exclusions from the customer's warranty. In these cases, the company is no longer responsible for loss or damage to the unit.

1. Acts of nature include, but are not limited to:

  • - Hurricanes/storms
