Shipping & Processing time

Most orders ship within one business day after credit approval and order processing(excluding weekends and holidays). When the item(s) is shipped, a tracking information will be provided via email within 48 hours of placing the order.
For any other shipping concern, please contact us at sales@purisystems.com.
Large orders may cause a shipping delay. An additional day to process the order may be required. Our customer support will reach out to you directly if any more delay occurs.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Northern mariana islands, Pierto rico, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands and AFO/FPO address.
Commercial air scrubbers and dust collectors do not meet California air cleaner regulation requirements; cannot be shipped to California.

1) Can I change my delivery address after order confirmation?
You may change the delivery address for your order if the product has not been shipped.

2) Can I pre-order an item that is not in stock?

On certain occasions, we allow pre-order for products.

3) Can my order be shipped to a P.O. box address?

Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

4) What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

5) How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. The order cannot be cancelled when the product is shipped.
